Our sizes are shown as follows, for example "d.50 neck circumference 36-43 cm" The d. stands for the diameter of the entire collar, that is 50 cm in this example, the neck circumference is the size that you have measured for your dog and that is 36 cm for this first hole (the tightest position) up to and including 43 cm for the last hole. All our collars have 4 holes, which in this example are between 36 and 43 cm. Always choose a collar where the size you measure falls somewhere in the middle of the specified centimeters. For example, if you measure 36 cm, then you do not opt ​​for this sample collar, but for a size smaller. That way you can always make the collar a little tighter or a little more spacious. And of course that also applies if you have measured 43 cm, then you opt for a larger size collar.

First choose the width of the collar in the main menu, 5 cm wide, 4 cm wide or 3 cm wide, then you will see all the collars of the width of your choice (for example 4 cm) and you can choose your desired length with each collar.

Collar:

There are two ways to measure the correct neck size for your dog.

The first way is the easiest. If your dog already has a collar that fits comfortably, you can easily measure it to determine the right size. You place this collar on a flat surface, then measure from the bottom of the buckle to the hole you use the most, so you have measured exactly the right size and you can order a suitable collar.

The second way, for this way you need a flexible centimeter or measuring tape, if you do not have this, also no problem, you can also use a piece of rope. You measure the circumference of the neck at the widest part of the neck. Not too tight, make sure that 2 fingers can easily be placed flat under your measuring tape.

Harness:

Measure your dog's chest circumference (all around) with a flexible centimeter or measuring tape, if you don't have this available, you can of course use a piece of rope again, and then you measure the rope. You measure the circumference of your dog around the deepest point of the chest, this is usually a few centimeters behind the front legs, as shown in the image below. Do not measure it too tight and of course not too weak. For example, if you measure 70 cm, you fall into the size category B for dogs with a chest circumference between 66 and 76 cm (that is, the first hole of the belly-belt is 66 cm and the last hole is 76 cm). Always choose a rigging measure where the measure you measure falls somewhere in the middle of the indicated centimeters. For example, if you measure 70 cm, then you do not opt ​​for size A, but for size B. This way you can always make the harness a little tighter or, on the contrary, a little more spacious. And of course that also applies if you have measured 66 cm, then you opt for the smaller size harness.

Onze maatvoering:

En dat geldt dan natuurlijk ook als u 43 cm gemeten heeft, dan kiest u voor een grotere maat halsband.

Kies eerst in het hoofdmenu voor de breedte van de halsband, 5 cm breed, 4 cm breed of 3 cm breed, vervolgens krijgt u alle banden van de breedte van uw keuze (bijvoorbeeld 4 cm) te zien en kunt u bij elke halsband uw gewenste lengte kiezen.

Halsband:

Voor het opmeten van de juiste nekmaat van uw hond zijn twee manieren.

De eerste manier is het gemakkelijkst. Heeft uw hond al een halsband die comfortabel zit, dan meet u deze heel gemakkelijk op om de juiste maat te bepalen. U legt deze halsband op een vlakke ondergrond, vervolgens meet u vanaf de onderzijde van de gesp tot het gaatje wat u het meeste gebruikt, zo heeft u precies de goede maat opgemeten en kunt u een passende halsband bestellen.

De tweede manier, voor deze manier heeft u een flexibele centimeter of meetlint nodig, heeft u deze niet, ook geen probleem, dan kunt u ook een stukje touw gebruiken. U meet de omtrek van de nek op bij het breedste gedeelte van de nek. Niet te strak, zorg dat er nog makkelijk 2 vingers plat tussen kunnen.

Tuigen

Meet de borstomtrek (helemaal rondom) van uw hond op met een flexibele centimeter of meetlint, heeft u dit niet voorhanden dan kunt u natuurlijk ook weer een touwtje gebruiken en deze vervolgens weer nameten. U meet de borstomtrek van uw hond rond het diepste punt van de borst, dit is meestal een aantal centimeters achter de voorpoten, zoals aangegeven op de onderstaande afbeelding. Meet het niet te strak en natuurlijk niet te slap. Meet u bijvoorbeeld 70 cm, dan valt u in de maatcategorie B voor honden met een borstomtrek tussen de 66 en 76 cm (dit wil zeggen, het eerste gaatje van de buikband zit op 66 cm en het laatste gaatje op 76 cm). Kies altijd voor een Tuigmaat waarbij, de door u gemeten maat, ergens in het midden valt van de aangegeven centimeters. Meet u bijvoorbeeld 70 cm, dan kiest u niet voor maat A, maar voor een maat B. Zo kunt u de het tuig altijd nog iets strakker doen, of juist iets ruimer. En dat geldt dan natuurlijk ook als u 66 cm gemeten heeft, dan kiest u voor de kleinere maat tuig.
